Your Batter is waiting patiently…
Your Oven is up to 425…
I use convex bake… lovely and HOT!!
Put a table spoon of Bacon Fat (ANY HIGH HEAT FAT of your choice) in each Loaf Tin!!
Put the Sausages in each Tin…
And prick them… if you don’t want them to EXPLODE 😳
Just a couple of times is fine…
You don’t have to KILL THEM!!
Pop them in the Oven for 20 minutes… in the middle of the Oven!!
When they are nicely brown, working QUICKLY, pour your Batter on top of the Sausages…
Don’t take them out of the Oven… just open… POUR… close…
Half in each…
Cook for 15 to 18 minutes…
Don’t open the Oven… put the light on and hope for the BEST 😎
