Ok, these All-Clad Baking Sheets are insanely expensive… I KNOW!!!
BUT… you’ll buy them once and have them for life!!
I use mine for MANY, MANY things…
Not JUST cookies!!
I bake my French Fries on them…
Lots of different Veggies actually… Brussels Sprouts for instance maybe once a week!!
They are perfect for Meringues…
And Macaroons as you’ll see from my posts…
I pull them out of the draw all the time!!
Of course, they are a MUST for Pizza…
They do hold the heat very well though, so be careful to slide the cookies or whatever it is you’ve cooked on them off soon after taking them out of the oven… or you run the risk of overbaking delicate things like cookies from the residual heat the sheets retain!!
I ALWAYS use Parchment Paper on the sheets, too… this prevents any sticking… and although they are VERY easy to keep clean the parchment means NO CLEANING AT ALL, thank you VERY MUCH!!!
They are also free from any Teflon coating and other alloys that are now known to be bad for us which is a MASSIVE BONUS!!!!
