Make the Eggy Mix the same as before…
Couple of Eggs…
And a drop of Cream…
Vanilla Sugar… or plain is fine, too…
Mix well… dip your Bread as before…
I like to use this sliced Brioche…
Then push some Blueberries in…
Get your pan nice and hot with some Butter…
And Olive Oil so your Butter doesn’t burn…
Put the Toast in… and turn down the heat to medium low…
Turn when it smells like it’s toasting..
