Returned to London and became a waitress and apprentice makeup artist!!
Eventually got my own agent and worked in Europe combining makeup with travel… FABULOUS times!!
At 33 I married my TRUE LOVE…
And the wedding made the glossies…
We moved to Singapore where I learnt a lot about Asian food!!
Came back to London at 35 to have our first Son Louis who is now taller than ME!!
I had ALWAYS cooked… and since I was now a stay at home mum, my creative energies went into providing the BEST possible diet for my new family!!
I made everything Louis ATE from scratch and was on a mission to train his palate!!
He dipped Asparagus in soft boiled Eggs…
Only ate Whole Grain Bread…
Was introduced to the joys of the deli opposite our house at a VERY young age and LOVED OLIVES…
Life has gone on in much the same vein…
We moved to the USA 12 years ago and had our 2nd Son Maxi…
As you can see here Maxi loves Oysters…
Especially at Marea in NYC!! Costing us a BLOODY fortune!!
And we won’t even get into the STEAK TARTAR!!
The main thread running though my life has been food… Cooking… Eating… Restaurants… Ingredients… Dinner with Friends… Sunday lunches with family… AND TRAVEL… to FIND FOOD mostly 😝

BUT.. my lovely hubby always endeavors to keep me GROUNDED!!
We’ve been married 16 years now…
and our family is complete with 2 handsome sons, Louis & Maxi,
who do us proud… (most of the time 😝)
