This way of Oven Roasting Corn is JUST DIVINE… the Corn kind of steams in its original packaging…
Soaking up melted Butter and Salt as it cooks!!

Gently peel the leaves down the cob…
Remove the silks…
And peel down as far as you can without pulling the leaves off…
Melt some unsalted Butter… and using a pastry brush paint the cobs with it 😋
Sprinkle with some Sea Salt…
And wrap the little beauties back up in their cozy blankets…
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes…

I put them on a baking sheet with parchment paper and fancy them up a bit with some extra Cheese…
And REMEMBER the leftover Bacon from the Frittata… and the Chives from the scrambled Eggs…
