Yorkshire Pudding

- 1 cup of all purpose flour ( plain flour )
- 1 cup of Milk ( fill cup almost full … top off with water )
- 1 cup of eggs … depending on size should be 3
- good pinch of salt
- Fat / oil to cook in
- Bacon drippings
- Beef drippings
- Olive oil ( not virgin )
- Canola oil
- Safflower
- sunflower
- Grapeseed
- Preheat oven to 450 /F 230 C
- Get pan with fat HOT in oven on top 3rd
- Pour batter in while still in the oven working as fast as you can
- Close door and then DON'T OPEN
- Put timer on for 30 mins … SERVE IMMEDIATELY
