Using about 3 fingers crimp edge… I can’t describe how to do it… and try as I might I couldn’t take a photo of ME DOING IT 😳

KEEP EXCESS…
Make 3 snips in the middle for vent holes to release steam…
I don’t know why an odd number looks better… it just DOES!!!
Roll out the excess Pastry again that you have on the side…
And go all 2nd grade… cutting out pretty leaf shapes…
It’s NOT HARD!!
Egg wash the Pastry..
And Pepper the top…
THEN put on the leaves… 2 sets of 3 AGAIN… to put this baby on another LEVEL 😎
THERE NOW THAT didn’t take LONG… DID IT 🍴😃🍴
Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes…
Should turn GOLDEN… HOT AND DELICIOUS 😝
